Shokupan is a vibrant restaurant in Birmingham, renowned for its Japanese milk bread sandos. This restaurant has carved a niche with its unique bread, distinct flavors, and a playful, inviting atmosphere. Shokupan's reputation for delicious, innovative dishes has made it a local favorite, attracting food enthusiasts from all over the city.

Our collaboration began spontaneously after I created a video review of their food for my Instagram and TikTok pages, which went viral. Impressed by the overwhelming response and increased customer engagement, Shokupan approached me to create a series of viral TikTok content aimed at attracting a younger demographic to their Birmingham City Center location.

Since then, I have been working with Shokupan on a weekly basis, crafting engaging, viral content that resonates with their target audience. Our efforts have successfully boosted their online presence and foot traffic. Additionally, I manage their food photography, ensuring that every dish is captured beautifully, highlighting the artistry and appeal of their cuisine.
